智能软化击穿仪温控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前漆包线行业出现的新特点,以提高检测的智能化和适应新的检测要求为目的,设计出新的智能检测装置。它以单片机为核心,采用开关控制并结合参数自整定的模糊PID的双模控制算法,经Matlab仿真及实物验证,能满足给定定温控制及给定升温速度控制精度的要求,具有广阔的市场前景。给出部分软件流程图、定温法控制实验温度曲线,以及升温速度Matlab仿真曲线图。给定升温速度控制属第一次在实物上使用。
