| 摘 要： | 终身体育是现代体育重要的发展方向。为了进一步理清终身体育与学校体育的关系，为培养合格人才探寻理论依据，本文运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法，对终身体育与学校体育进行了对比研究。研究结果认为：学校体育要为终身体育打下体质基础、思想基础，要为培养体育意识、体育习惯、体育兴趣打好基础。
