摘    要:
一步法环境友好新工艺是具有竞争力的含氧化合物制备工艺,核心是双功能催化剂的研发。新型双功能钛硅分子筛(N-X系列)是基于一步法工艺的一种双功能催化材料,对其物化性质和结构进行了一系列的表征,同时考察了其在一步法制备环氧丙烷反应中的催化性能。结果表明,双功能钛硅分子筛结晶完好,绝大多数Ti是以骨架Ti形式存在,贵金属与钛硅分子筛骨架之间协同作用得到强化。在引入贵金属的同时保留了空心结构形貌,有利于产物的扩散,双功能催化性能良好。

Abstract:
Relatively high market price and toxic nature of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, HP) are the obstacles to its commercial acceptance. Attempts have already been made to generate HP in-situ from H2+O2. With good potentials fro ulterior savings in capital and production costs, onsite hydrogen peroxide production followed by its conversion to organic oxides without refining (in one reaction zone) is regarded as a promising technology to the production of organic oxides. The main difficulty is the efficient synthesis of HP, because low H2 and O2 efficiencies have been encountered in the synthesis of HP, rendering the process economically unavailable. So the key point of the process is that elevating the efficiencies of H2 and O2 by preparing new catalysts or renewing the catalysts. A new bi-functional titanosilicate catalyst (denoted as N-X, where X stands for the experimental number) was presented. The samples were characterized by various measures, such as powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The catalytic performance of N-X catalyst for the epoxidation of propylene with H2+O2 was also investigated. The results showed that N-X was an excellent catalyst for the production of propylene oxide (PO) in one-pot process.
