小麦淀粉/干酪素复合标签胶制备

摘    要:
以尿素为分散剂、碳酸钠和醋酸钠为辅助分散剂、硫酸锌为交联剂得到了干酪素和小麦淀粉复合标签胶粘剂,研究了尿素、碳酸钠、醋酸钠、淀粉、交联剂用量对交粘剂体系的粘度、初粘力、拉丝、耐水等性能的影响。结果表明,当体系中干酪素用量为16.0%。尿素用量为16.0%,碳酸钠用量为2.0%、醋酸钠用量为1.5%、小麦淀粉用量为9.0%、交联剂用量为0.2%时,胶粘剂的初粘力、粘度和拉丝性能符合使用要求。

Abstract:
The casein labeling adhesive was prepared with casein as film forming material, urea as dispersant, sodium carbonate and sodium acetate as auxiliary dispersant, zinc sulfate as cross-linking agent and wheat starch as modifying additive. Effects of the components on the performance of the adhesive were investigated. The experiment results showed that when mass percentage of urea, sodium carbonate, sodium acetate, zinc sulfate and wheat starch were 16.0%, 2.0%, 1.5%,0.2%, 9.0% respectively, the performances of primary adhesion, viscosity and drawing fluidness met the requirement of application.
