PP阻燃纺粘布的生产工艺及其性能研究

摘    要:PP阻燃纺粘布有共混纺丝功能改性和后整理两种加工方式,对这两种阻燃加工方式及其工艺对纺粘布性能的影响进行了研究。通过极限氧指数和力学性能测试,对比了常规PP纺粘布和共混纺丝阻燃改性纺粘布、阻燃后整理纺粘布的性能。结果表明,共混纺丝功能改性和阻燃后整理的阻燃效果都很好,但对PP纺粘布的力学性能等有不同的影响。其中,共混纺丝功能改性的阻燃效果具有持久性,对纺粘布力学性能影响不大;阻燃后整理得到阻燃效果持久性差,且会使PP纺粘布强力明显下降。

Abstract:Functional modification spinning and post-finishing were two main methods to produce flame-resistant spunbonds. This article studied these two methods and their affects on the properties of the spunbonds. Through LOI index and mechanical performance testing, it contrasted the performance of PP spunbonds and flame-resistant spunbonds made by these two methods. The results showed that the flame-resistant efficiency were both good and mechanical properties turned differently. For the functional modification methods, the flame-resistant efficiency was durable and the mechanical properties changed little. But for the post-finishing method, the flame-resistant efficiency was transitory and the mechanical properties decreased sharply.
