摘    要:含异质元素碳化硅纤维由于其满足结构吸波材料对承载、吸波的要求,已经成为当今SiC系列纤维的重要发展方向之一。综述了近年来国内外含异质元素SiC纤维的研究进展,重点介绍了含异质元素SiC纤维的种类、制备及其吸波性能,并展望了今后的发展方向。

Abstract:Due to many advanced properties such as strength, wave-absorbing and high-temperature, et al, hetero -elements containing SiC fibers have been one of the most popular aspects to develop SiC fibers. Recent progress in hetero-elements containing SiC fibers were introduced in detail, especially the main varieties, the preparation and wave-absorbing properties. The aim on the research of hetero-elements containing SiC fibers is to develop high performance and new types fibers. Our prospect of the research directions in the future was also pointed out.
