突破传统教学方式，提高学生的听力水平

职校学生由于生源基础素质较低，英语基础较差，故普遍英语听力较差。本文从传统教学方式、教师母语使用过多、学生不习惯用英语思考、课后环境氛围不够以及对语音系统知识的缺乏这五个方面分析了造成了这种现象的原因，并结合本人在实际教学中的经验教训，阐述了几点突破传统教学方式，提高职校学生实际英语听力能力的方法，提出因人施教，激发热情，最大限度发挥积极性和潜力，有效提高学生英语听力能力，达到自由交际的目的的几个措施。

Breakthrough the Traditional Teaching Method& Improve the Listening Level of the Students in Votech-schools

Due to the comparative lower basic quality of the students enrolled to votech -school, the English listening comprehension of most of them is very poor. This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon in five aspects： the traditional teaching method, the over usage of native language, the students？ s unused of thinking in English, the lack of environment, little knowledge about the English sound system. Some sugges- tions are given out to improve the listening comprehension of the students in votech - school from my experiences in practical teaching process. It also expounds the idea ＂To teach on the basis of each student＂ and holds that impairing the students highest enthusiasm and potentiality are the best and only way to efficiently improve the students？ listening ability and achieve the aim of communicate freely.
