Abstract:Spherical anatase TiO2 nanocrystalline with an average size of 5 nm was prepared by titrating NaOH in the EtOH-H2O solution of TiOSO4 below 89 ℃ based on a liquid phase method.TiO2 nanocrystalline was characterized by XRD and TEM and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrometer.The experimental result shows that the volume ratio of EtOH to H2O is the key for crystallinity of the particles,and alcohol can enhance the crystallinity and grain refinement,and the addition of water is helpful to the formation of nanocrystalline TiO2;prolonging the reaction time can increase the crystallinity of nanocrystalline TiO2;neutral environment can increase the crystallinity of nanocrystalline TiO2,and is helpful to the formation of nanocrystalline TiO2.Nanocrystalline TiO2 with higher crystallinity can be prepared under the condition of V(EtOH):V(H2O) = 100:150,the reaction time 8 h,pH=7,and the anatase TiO2 nanocrystalline appears a higher photoreactivity in the TiO2 photocatalysed methyl orange after heat treatment at 600 ℃.
