摘    要:利用Thermo-Calc热力学软件,对ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN耐热钢在400~1600℃间存在的平衡相进行计算,并通过电化学萃取的方法制取钢中的碳化物粉末,进行XRD分析和形貌观察。结果表明:ZG1Cr10MoWVNbN耐热钢在400~1600℃间的主要平衡析出相为MX、M23C6和Laves相,它们所对应的开始...

Abstract:The equilibrium phases from 400-1600℃ were calculated by means of thermo-Calc software. The carbide powder was made by the methods of electrochemical extraction. The morphology observation and analysis of XRD were performed. The results show that the equilibrium phases precipitated from 400-1600℃ of the steel are MX, M23C6 and Laves, which corresponds to the precipitating temperature of 1190, 880 and 780℃ respectively. The carbides of MX type are NbC and NbN rich in Nb, those of M23C6 type are Cr23C6 rich in Cr. The size of carbides is between 50-100nm. Its shape is irregular spherical and column, which dispersed in the matrix of the steel.
