高岭土表面偶联改性对环氧树脂性能的影响

摘    要:介绍用硅烷偶联剂与钛酸酯偶联剂处理高岭土的方法,研究处理剂用量与偶联高岭土加入量对环氧树脂弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量及冲击强度的影响。结果表明,经硅烷偶联剂与钛酸酯偶联剂处理的高岭土填充环氧树脂,弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量及冲击强度都有不同程度的提高,在硅烷偶联剂浓度为1%(或钛酸酯偶联剂用量为0.8%)、高岭土的填充量为30%时,环氧树脂的弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量及冲击强度分别由92.0MPa、3.12GPa、9.2kJ/m^2提高到105.3MPa、4.97GPa、13.2kJ/m^2(或100.0MPa、4.25GPa、11.4kJ/m^2),增强效果明显。

COUPLING MODIFICATION OF KAOLIN SURFACE AND ITS EFFECT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EPOXY RESIN
Abstract:The process method of kaolin was introduced using KH-550 and ester titanale coupling agent. The effect of dosage of KH-550 and ester tilanate coupling agent on bending strength,bending modulus and impact strength of epoxy resin was investigated. Experiment result showed that the bending strength,bending modulus of elasticity and impact strength of epox\ resin were increased which was filled by treated kaolin. At 1% KH-550( or 0.8% dosage of ester titanate) , and 30% filled kaolin, the bending strength, bending modulus and impact strength of epoxy resin were increased from 92.0 MPa,3. 12 GPa,9.2 kJ/m2 to 105.3 MPa, 4. 97 GPa,13.2 kJ/m2( or to 100.0 MPa, 4.25 GPa and 11.4 kJ/m2). Coupling kaolin had obvious effectiveness for filling epoxy resin.
