圆筒件极限拉深系数mk研究

摘    要:考虑材料加工硬化的影响,本文通过对圆筒件及带凸缘的圆筒件首次拉深过程中变形区材料的应力和应变的理论分析 ,推导出圆筒件及带凸缘圆筒件首次拉深时极限拉深系数的近似计算公式.由推导公式计算的结果与实验值相比误差较小.在实际拉深此类零件时,可由推导的公式直接计算出圆筒件及带凸缘圆筒件首次拉深时极限拉深系数.

Abstract:Taking the consideration of the effect of material hardening, this paper deduces the approximatdy calculating formula of the limit drawing coeffident for a cup and a cup with flange during the first drawing process through the theoretical analysis of the stress and strain in the distortion zone The calculated result by the deduced formula is in good agreement with experiment results of varied materials. In the real drawing process, the limit drawing coefficient during the first drawing process can be calculated by the formula.
