摘    要:本文研究了采用OPA柱前衍生法测定食品中的牛磺酸。样品经粉碎、振荡、离心等前处理,通过ODSC-18柱进行衍生和分离。柱前衍生剂为含有0.5gOPA和5mlα-巯基乙醇的0.2mol/L(pH9.5)硼酸缓冲液。流动用为55%的0.05mol/L乙酸钠溶液和45%的甲醇。荧光检测器波长为:Ex:335nm和EM:455nm.食品中牛磺酸浓度在5μg/100g范围内能够被定量测定。回收率为99.63~100.01%,变异系数(CV)为1.38%。

Abstract:method for identification of taurine in foods by Pre-Column Derivation is described. The sample is pretreated simply through shivering,oscillating, centrifuging, derivation and separated by ODS C-18 column. The Pre-Column Derivation reagent is 0. 5g OPA and 5ml α-mercaptoethanol in 100ml 0.2mol/L boric acid buffer solution(pH= 9.5).The mobile phase is 55% 0. 05 mol/L sodium acetate and 45% methanol. The fluorescence detector wavelength is EX: 335nm and EM: 455nm. 5μg/100g taurine in food can be completely identified quantitatively. The recovery is from 99. 63 to 100. 01% .Coefficient of variation(CV) is 1. 38% .
