摘    要:研究了用过氧化氢还原法、沉淀 -还原法和次亚磷酸钠还原法从彩印漂定液废水中回收Ag和制备纳米银粉技术 .比较了 3种还原方法与银粉纯度和回收率的关系 ,研究了各还原方法的反应条件对银粉粒径的影响。实验结果表明 ,采用过氧化氢还原法 ,得到的银粉纯度高 ( 93% ) ,回收率 >92 % ,银粉粒径 <1 0 0nm ,是一种较好的回收方法。

Abstract:In present paper, the techniques, for recovering Ag and producing nanometer Ag powders from the color-print fixation rinsing waste water were carried out by the hydrogen peroxide reducing method, the precipitation reducing method and the sodium hypophosphate reducing method. A comparing study on the relation between these three reducing methods and the Ag powder purity and retrieval rate was performed. The effect of the reaction conditions in each reducing method on the particle size of the nanometer Ag powder was studied. The results of the research showed that the hydrogen peroxide reducing method is a better recovering method. Using this method, 93% purity of Ag ,over 92% recovering rate and smaller than 100 nm partied size of the Ag powder could be obtained.
