摘    要:通过理论计算与试验分析方法研究了Q460高强钢应用于1000 kV交流输电线路杆塔时轴心和偏心受压条件下的整体稳定性和局部屈曲情况,比较了美国土木工程师协会的输电铁塔设计导则、我国架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定(DL/T5154-2002)以及钢结构设计规范(GB50017-2003)对角钢局部屈曲失稳问题的不同处理方法,指出现行杆塔结构设计中采用DL/T5154-2002标准计算方法对高强钢杆件强度得出的结果偏保守。在此基础上对DL/T5154-2002关于轴心受压杆件稳定系数、压杆稳定强度折减系数等一些技术参数提出了修正建议。

Abstract:By means of theoretical calculation and experimental analysis,the overall stability and local buckling of 1000kV AC transmission tower,to which the high-strength steel marked as Q460 is applied,under axial and eccentric compression are researched. Comparing different methods dealing with local buckling instability of single angle columns listed in the Guide for Design of Transmission Tower enacted by American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) with those listed in two Chinese standards,i.e.,Technical Regulation of Design for Tower and Pole Structure of Overhead Transmission Line (standard number DL/T5154-2002) and Code for Design of Steel Structure (standard number GB50017-2003),it is pointed out that in current structural design of transmission towers the calculated strength of high-strength steel member by standard calculation method in DL/T5154-2000 is over-conservative. According to the research results,the authors suggest to amend several technical parameters such as the stability coefficient of axial compression member and the intensity subtraction coefficient of compression bar stability listed in DL/T5154-2002.
