高空作业车执行机构电液匹配分析

摘    要:根据高空作业车执行机构的工作曲线图,提出了高空作业车液压系统匹配与控制的方法,包括回转机构、变幅机构、中臂系统、上臂系统和调平机构的液压系统的匹配与控制;分析了在闭环控制下,执行机构各子系统的速度、加速度、位移的变化情况,揭示了在开环控制和PID控制下,系统特性的变化情况.

Abstract:According to the working curves of executive mechanism of aerial work platform,the matching methods for the hydraulic systems were presented,which included the revolution mechanism,the amplitude mechanism,the middle-arm mechanism,the up-arm mechanism and leveling system.The changing conditions of speed,acceleration and displacement for each sub-system of executive mechanism under closed-loop control were analyzed.The changing conditions of the system dynamic characters were explained under PID control and open-loop control.
