光纤传感测温方法与红外测温的比较

摘    要:光纤传感是一门新兴学科,利用光纤传感方法进行测温,是现代测温方法发展的必然结果,也是红外测温方法的进一步发展。本文将光纤传感测温与红外测温中采用的探测器,信号处理等进行比较,指出两者的同异。特别指出光纤传感器应用于温度测量的优点,最后介绍了我们研制的瞬态温度测量、连续温度测量、分布温度测量以及点温测量等多种光纤温度传感器,它们既扩大了红外技术的应用领域,也把测温技术提高到一个新的层次。

Abstract:In this paper, the detectors and signal processing approaches adopted by fiber optic(FO) and infrared(IR) temperature measurement are compared. The differences between FO and IR temperature measurement are indicated. The advantages of fiber optic sensor in temperature measurement are presented in particular. In the end, several FOS instruments we have developed is introduced including instantaneous temperature measuring instrument, continuous temperature measuring and controlling instrument, distribution temperature measuring instrument and point temperature measuring instrument.
