BIM-3D打印技术在异形混凝土构件施工中的应用研究

摘    要:针对异形混凝土构件在施工中定型困难的问题,采用BIM与3D打印技术相结合,开展异形薄壳混凝土结构构件的施工方法研究.通过Revit建立构件模型,导入ANSYS分析软件中进行混凝土受力分析,并计算优化模板壁厚;通过3D打印制作构件模板并拼接;进行混凝土浇筑完成了混凝土构件.解决了异形薄壳混凝土构件在模板制作及定位、拼接严密性等方面存在的问题,并且混凝土构件观感好,清水效果佳.

Abstract:In view of the difficulty in finalizing special-shaped concrete members in construction,BIM and 3D printing technology are combined to carry out the construction method research of special-shaped thin-shell concrete structural members.Component model is established by Revit,which is imported into ANSYS analysis software to analyze the stress of concrete and calculate and optimize the thickness of the formwork.Component formwork is made by 3D printing and then spliced.The concrete component is completed by concrete pouring.It solves the problems existing in the making and positioning of formwork and the tightness of formwork splicing of special-shaped thin-shell concrete members.The concrete members have good appearance and architecture concrete effect.
