摘    要:为更好地研究桩基对大体积混凝土承台水化热温度场与温度应力问题,基于Midas软件建立承台有桩和无桩模型,对大体积承台进行水化热仿真计算,并将结果与大体积承台水化热实测数据进行比较。研究结果表明:有桩模型下部温度场分布为中心部位高四周低,且在冷却管部位出现低温断层;下部节点应力满足先拉应力后压应力的规律。有桩模型底部温度基本处于稳定范围内,并在沿桩基截面形成放射状低温区;底部节点应力发展规律紊乱,极易产生破坏。

Abstract:In order to better study the hydration heat temperature field and temperature stress of pile foundation on large-capacity concrete cap,based on Midas software,the pile-bearing and pile-free models were built,and the hydration heat simulation calculation was carried out on the large-capacity cap.The results are compared with the measured data of large-capacity hydration heat.The results show that the temperature field distribution in the lower part of the pile model is high and low in the central part,and the low temperature fault occurs in the cooling tube.The lower joint stress satisfies the first tensile stress and then compressive stress.The law of stress is that the bottom temperature of the pile model is basically in a stable range,and a radial low temperature zone is formed along the section of the pile foundation.The stress development law of the bottom node is disordered and it is easy to cause damage.
