| Abstract: | Anterior cruciate ligament surgery is currently widely practiced. Nevertheless it is a surgery which is performed electively, mostly in young healthy adults who chose to continue in their sporting endeavours. We present a short account of the various aspects of this surgery as well as our preferred technique and results. |
