摘    要:综合分析了我国中细特转杯纱的生产现状,对中细特转杯纱质量影响最大的关键元件转杯、分梳辊、假捻盘进行优选,对分梳辊、捻系数、纺纱负压3个工艺参数进行了优化设计。介绍了18.2 tex转杯纱的纺纱试验,利用数学工具进行了分析,选择了最佳的转杯纺工艺。

Abstract:In this paper are summarized the present productions of mid and fine tex yarn by rotor spinning in China.The key elements of combing roller and faulse twist disc affecting greatly the made mid and fine tex yarn quality by rotor spinning are optimized,and 3 processing parameters of combing roller,twisting factor and negative pressure of spinning are also optimally designed.An experimental rotor spinning of 18.2tex yarn is thus followed by adopted the obtained optimal rotor spinning process.
