摘    要:分析现有真空滤油机脱水效率低的原因,提出采用全真空系统、立式多延时分层真空分离罐、真空滤油站、活动真空分离罐和压缩机制冷等方法提高真空滤油机的脱水效率并取得较好效果。

Abstract:The reasons of low efficiency of vacuum filter press have been analysis. There are some means, as complete vacuum system, vertical more time -delay stratified vacuum knockout drum, vacuum oil-filter station, movable vacuum knockout drum, compression refrigeration and so on, which have been used to improve the dehydration efficiency of vacuum filter press and shown the better results.
