| 摘 要： | 国际合作项目已成为高校科研管理中的一项重要内容,本文结合我校多年来在国际合作项目管理过程中的经验和存在的问题,对国际合作项目中科研管理过程、医学伦理学问题、科研经费管理与监督以及生物资源保护等问题进行探讨,提出应该从规范化、制度上和人才队伍建设等方面进行建设以适应当前国际合作发展的需求,从而进一步提高管理水平、促进科研发展。
