CaAl_(12)O_(19):Tb~(3+),Ce~(3+)发光粉体的燃烧合成与表征

摘    要:采用燃烧法合成Tb3+,Ce3+掺杂的CaAl12O19发光粉,样品经紫外光激发后发明亮的黄绿光.使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对所合成样品进行物相和显微结构分析.结果表明:所合成的发光粉晶相为CaAl12019,合成物由微米级微小晶粒构成,随着燃烧引发温度的升高,样品的结晶程度相应提高,晶粒尺寸增大.荧光分光光度计测定了所合成样品的激发光谱和发射光谱,其激发峰和发射峰显示CaAl12O19:Tb3+,Ce3+的发光主要是由Tb3+的4f组态电子的5D4→7FJ跃迁产生,Ce3+将吸收的能量传递给了Tb3+而起敏化剂作用.

Abstract:The luminescent powders of Tb3+,Ce3+ co-doped CaAl12O19 were prepared by combustion synthesis,and the high yellow-green brightness could be observed from the luminescent powders after ultraviolet excitation. The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM to study the phase composition and the microstructure. The results show that the crystalline phase of the sample is CaAl12O19,and the particles of the sample are composed of micron grains.
