摘    要:针对太钢三烧450m2烧结机烟气脱硫制酸工程热风炉燃烧控制存在的问题,采用串级交叉限幅控制思路进行了优化改进.热风炉燃烧控制方式优化改进后,控温精度提高,同时满足了热风炉燃烧的安全要求、避免了热风炉燃烧造成的二次污染.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of burning control of hot-blast stove for exhaust gas desulfurization and acid making of Sinterer three 450m2 sinterer of TISCO,optimization and improvement is made by adopting cascade cross amplitude limiting control thought.After the burning control mode of hot-blast stove is optimized and improved,tempreture control precision is increased.At the same time,the safety requirement for the burning of hot-blast stove is satisfied.
