基于OPC的瓦斯抽放远程监控系统的设计

 针对目前瓦斯抽放监控系统网络的稳定性、实时性和开放性差的问题，基于OPC和工业以太网控制技术，设计了一种新型的瓦斯抽放远程监控系统，系统采用S7-200 PLC作为主控制元件，利用Simentic net软件和VB6.0软件分别开发OPC服务器和OPC客户端，客户端通过工业以太网访问服务器，实现对井下瓦斯抽放情况实时、可靠的远程监控。

Designing of remote Monitoring and Controlling System of Comprehensive Gas Drainage based on OPC

With a rang of problems , such as poor stablity and real-time, short of open network， existing in Monitoring and Controlling System of Comprehensive Gas Drainage currently，based on technology of OPC and industrial enternet ，the paper proposes a new type about remote Monitoring and Controlling System of Comprehensive Gas Drainage. system takes S7-200 PLC as main controller, uses Simentic net software to develope OPC Server , uses VB6.0 for OPC Client, the OPC Client accesses the OPC Server by the manner of Industrial Ethernet, which achieves real-time and reliable remote monitoring to drainage situation .
