摘 要: | 针对目前瓦斯抽放监控系统网络的稳定性、实时性和开放性差的问题,基于OPC和工业以太网控制技术,设计了一种新型的瓦斯抽放远程监控系统,系统采用S7-200 PLC作为主控制元件,利用Simentic net软件和VB6.0软件分别开发OPC服务器和OPC客户端,客户端通过工业以太网访问服务器,实现对井下瓦斯抽放情况实时、可靠的远程监控。

Abstract: | With a rang of problems , such as poor stablity and real-time, short of open network, existing in Monitoring and Controlling System of Comprehensive Gas Drainage currently,based on technology of OPC and industrial enternet ,the paper proposes a new type about remote Monitoring and Controlling System of Comprehensive Gas Drainage. system takes S7-200 PLC as main controller, uses Simentic net software to develope OPC Server , uses VB6.0 for OPC Client, the OPC Client accesses the OPC Server by the manner of Industrial Ethernet, which achieves real-time and reliable remote monitoring to drainage situation . |
