湿式除尘技术在岩巷综掘工作面降尘中的运用

 随着机械化程度的提高，高效、大功率的综掘机被越来越多的运用于岩巷掘进中，伴随着掘进速度的快速提升也使得掘进工作面的粉尘产生量急剧增加。通过引入湿式除尘技术，设计出湿式除尘器并配合除尘风机，计算出合理的风筒口与工作面的距离，并通过合理布置综掘面通风除尘系统，可以有效地达到综掘面降尘目的。

Application of Wet-dusting Removal Technology in the Rock Drift Mechanized Working Face

With the improvement in the level of mechanization, high efficiency, high-power digging machine is more and more used in rock roadway, accompanied by the rapid increase driving speed also makes the heading face of the sharp increase in the amount of dust generated. Through the introduction of wet-dusting removal technology (WRT), this paper has designed the dust scrubber with fan, calculated the reasonable distance from ventilation duct to working face, and arranged rationally the mechanized face ventilation and dust removal system. All these measure will effectively achieve the purpose of controlling fully the mechanized face dust.
