涂料抗老化技术研究

摘    要:从理论上分析了涂料的老化机理,研究表明,引起老化的因素主要是:太阳辐射、温度和水分,其中太阳辐射是引起涂料老化的最主要因素;常用的涂料抗老化方法主要是选用抗老化性能优良的树脂作基料与添加抗老化剂,无机纳米材料与有机紫外线吸收剂抗老化性能的比较实验表明使用纳米填料能有效提高涂料抗老化性能,并且能克服有机紫外线吸收剂的不足;介绍了耐候性涂料的最新进展,指出了涂料抗老化技术的发展趋势是向着高耐候性、无毒、环保的方向发展.

Abstract:The aging mechanism of paints in theory is analyzed in this paper. It is shown that the main causes of aging are sun radiates, temperature and moisture, among which the sun radiates is the uppermost cause. Choosing durable resins as matrix material and adding anti-aging additives are the main techniques of aging resistance. The aging resistance experiments of inorganic nano-scale materials and organic ultraviolet radiation absorbent shows that the nano-scale materials can effectively improve the aging resistance of paints, and it can conquer the disadvantages of organic ultraviolet radiation absorbent. The latest progress of weathering paints is introduced, and the developing trends of paints which are high weatheraility, innocuity and no pollution are pointed out.
