化工过程远程无线监控的PCI Modem系统设计

摘    要:介绍了一种可用于化工过程状态远程监测的无线传输系统,并讨论了本地PCI Modem系统的实现。该Modem改变了当前存在的Modem系统取电不方便,不易携带的缺点,地域适用性更广。本文主要分析了系统硬件设计和软件设计,包括器件选型,桥接芯片OX16PCI954配置,硬件构成原理,驱动安装软件开发和应用软件设计等。实际使用表明,该Modem系统适应性较强,性能良好,稳定实用。

Abstract:A wireless system used to monitoring the remote chemical process is introduced in this paper, and the implement of a local PCI Modem is discussed in detail. Compared to present modem which is not convenient to be powered and taken along, the new modem is adequate to more application in more widely field. Presented in this paper are hardware and software design of the modem, including parts selection, configuration details of the bridge chip OX16PCI954, hardware implement, development of driver Installshield and application software. The practical application on a vehicle monitoring system shows that the modem system has characteristics of strong adaptability, good quality and stability.
