Thinking and practice on the talent training model of "combination of work and study"

As a kind of talent training model in higher vocational education, ＂combination of work and study＂ highly increases the vitality of vocational education. To explore and practice this kind of model is an important content in the reform and innovation in higher vocational colleges in the new age. Combined with the practical situation of the environment specialties of Changsha Environmental Protection College, this paper discusses the ways to strengthen the cooperation between college and enterprise and further reform and innovate the talent training model.
