单兵腰部助力装置结构设计与运动仿真分析

摘    要:对火炮装填手在装填炮弹过程中的生物力学进行分析,基于成年男子身体尺寸在SOLIDWORKS中建立了人体三维模型,设计出腰部助力装置的两种方案,分别穿戴在人体模型上,在ADAMS中进行火炮装填手搬运炮弹的运动学仿真,根据仿真结果选择合适的方案,并对相关结构进行优化。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the biomechanics of the gun loader in the process of loading shells, three-dimensional model of the human body was built in SOLIDWORKS based on adult male body size, and two waist assistant devices were designed which worn in the human body model. The kinematics of loading shells of gun loader was simulated in ADAMS, and the paper selected the appropriate option based on sim-ulation results and optimized the structure.
