| 摘 要： | 绩效管理是使企业不断获得成功的管理思想和具有战略意义的、整合的管理方法,绩效管理的起点就是企业关键绩效指标的确定,将QFD(quality function deployment)技术应用于企业KPI(key performance indicatorsI)的构建,用质量屋的形式层层展开企业KPI,提出一种将企业KPI体系转化为对企业各个部门、人员的要求的多层次演绎分析方法,即企业KPI体系的展开,为QFD技术在构建企业关键绩效指标体系中的应用提供了理论和方法.

| Abstract: | Performance management is both management thoughts and strategic management method which can help enterprise to achieve success.The basis of performance management is to determine KPI of enterprises QFD.is used as a tool of constituting KPI system,and "quality house" is used to deploy KPI index.At the same time,a multi-level deductive analysis model,namely,enterprise's KPI system deployment is introduced.The feasibility of application of QFD in constituting KPI system of enterprise is finally discussed. |
