油浆换热器管板开裂原因分析

摘    要:锦州石化六厂的油浆换热器在投入使用半年多就出现管板封头处有多处裂纹,导致不能正常生产。通过油浆换热器管板材料材质的化学成分分析、力学性能测试和金相组织观察,管板断口的宏观分析和微观分析,以及断口的腐蚀产物分析等,得出结论:造成管板开裂的主要原因是硫化氢和水蒸气引起的应力腐蚀破裂。

Abstract:There were a lot of cracks in the tube-plate of a slurry heat-exchanger after it was used for about half a year. The reason of the cracking in tube-plate was analyzed through the following methods: analysis of the chemical composition of tube-plate, mechanical property testing, metallurgical structure observation, macro and micro analyses of tube-plate fracture, analysis of the corrosion products. It is concluded that the cracking was caused by stress corrosion cracking due to the existence of H_2S and water vapor.
