摘    要:
取蜗杆齿数、模数和直径系数作为设计变量,以不完全蜗轮体积最小作为设计目标,建立了蜗轮蜗杆传动优化设计的数学模型,应用MATLAB中的优化工具箱,进行优化分析,并对设计结果进行了静态特性有限元分析,校核了不完全蜗轮的强度及刚度.

Abstract:
Taking the worm teeth,modulus and diameter coefficients as design variables,the minimum volume of the incomplete worm as a design goal,a mathematical model of worm gear's optimal design is set up.Optimization analysis is conducted by using the application optimization toolbox in MATLAB.And finite element analysis of static characteristics for the design is performed to,check the strength and stiffness of the incomplete worm.
