球阀动水关闭应力分析

摘    要:
通过对球阀动水关闭有限元应力分析得出,球阀球体关闭约60°时,球阀承受的应力最大。因此球阀进行有限元分析时,不仅要考虑球体全关闭工况,还要考虑球体在60°状态时的应力水平。

Abstract:
According to the finite element analysis,the stress of the spherical valve is the biggest when the valve plug is closing about 60 degree.The suggest is given in this page not only consider the valve plug close,but also consider the position of valve plug closing in 60 degree.
