膨化硝铵炸药生产专用凸轮粉碎机安全性研究

摘    要:为了研究凸轮粉碎机粉碎膨化硝酸铵的安全性,设计一个以膨化硝铵炸药生产专用凸轮粉碎机为中心的循环粉碎系统,通过调节粉碎机转速、进料温度、进料速度和外壳与锤头之间的间隙来观察膨化硝酸铵出料温度、壳体温度和端盖温度的变化情况,分析和讨论膨化硝酸铵粉碎过程中的安全性。结果表明,膨化硝酸铵粉碎过程中凸轮粉碎机转速最高可达2950 r/m in,进料温度不宜超过105℃,进料速度最高为39.0 kg/m in;在粉碎机转速为2950 r/m in、进料速度为32.5 kg/m in、进料温度达到105℃、粉碎机外壳与锤头之间间隙为15 mm运行条件下,系统运行安全,粉碎后膨化硝酸铵的细度有着明显的提高。
