特高压输电线路防舞动研究

摘    要:根据特高压交、直流输电线路的结构参数及相应的冰风条件,分析对其进行防舞分析的必要性,研究基于失谐防舞机理和运动稳定性机理进行线路防舞设计的基本理论依据,提出主要抑制分裂导线横向和扭转的耦合振动和降低导线覆冰不均匀性的防舞原则。针对特高压输电线路的防舞设计,开发基于失谐防舞机理的失谐间隔棒、基于减轻导线覆冰不均匀性原则的线夹回转式间隔棒和基于舞动稳定性机理的双摆防舞器3种防舞装置,并建立基于相应防舞器的防舞设计方法。研究结果表明,根据舞动区域的强度及相应条件,可单独使用某种防舞装置进行防舞设计,也可利用多种防舞装置进行组合防舞设计,可取得满意的防舞效果。

Abstract:The necessity of anti-galloping for UHV transmission line is discussed based on actual structural parameters and the environmental condition of ice and wind. The detuning anti-galloping mechanism and stability anti-galloping mechanism are established as the basic theories to design the anti-galloping devices and the anti-galloping principles are focused on controlling coupled vertical and torsional vibrations and reducing non-uniformity for the accreted ice. Based on the UHV transmission line, three anti-galloping devices are presented. The designs of detuning spacer, rotary clamp spacer and double pendulum anti-galloping device are respectively based on detuning anti-galloping mechanism, the principle of reducing non-uniformity for accreted ice and stability anti-galloping mechanism. The research indicates that the presented anti-galloping devices can be used individually or combined them together for designing an anti-galloping equipment for a satisfactory consequence.
