摘    要:防霉灭菌是占籍保护的常用的方法之-。防霉灭菌剂的优劣对古籍的防霉灭菌效果至关重要。本论文采用抑菌圈评价方法对防霉灭菌剂进行了筛选,分析比较了12种防霉灭菌剂对细菌、霉菌的抑制效果。结果表明,对试验菌抑制作用强的防霉灭菌剂为:KK-88、BEK-500、Ss411-GY、GY-510、杰马Plus—L和二硫氰基甲烷。在此基础上复配了6种试剂,抑菌圈试验结果显示复配试剂对试验菌都有很好的抑制作用,明显强于单一试剂,其中FP05抑制作用最好。

Abstract:Anti-mildew and sterilization was one of the common methods of protecting ancient books.The ability of reagents for anti-mildew and sterilization was highly important.The selection of reagents for anti-mildew and sterilization was carried by means of inhibition zone.The effects of twelve kinds of reagents on bacteria and mildews were analyzed and compared.The results showed that reagents with strong inhibitory effects on the experimental fungi and bacteria were as follows: KK-88,BEK-500,Ss411-GY,GY-510,Germall Plus-L and dithionitrile methane.On this basis,six kinds of sterilizing agents were prepared by mixing these reagents.The results of inhibition zone experiments indicated that these six mixed sterilizing agents had stronger inhibitions on the experimental fungi and bacteria than single reagent,among which FP05 had the best anti-mildew effective.
