| 摘 要： | 提取脂类物质的方法主要有有机溶剂法和超临界二氧化碳提取法,用超临界二氧化碳萃取法可以从豆渣中提取脂类物质,通过正交试验得出其最佳工艺条件为：萃取压力35 MPa萃取温度为40℃萃取时间为1.5 h萃取产物可达到4.96 g/100 g豆渣。
