MA-XPEG-SSS水相共聚物的合成与性能研究

摘    要:以马来酸酐(MA)、烯丙基聚乙二醇醚(XPEG)、对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)为原料,通过自由基水溶液聚合反应,合成了一种新型聚羧酸高性能减水剂,解决了预拌混凝土和易性差、泵送和浇筑作业时困难的问题.经红外光谱分析表明,合成产物的分子结构与设计的聚羧酸高性能减水剂一致.

Abstract:Maleic anhydride(MA),allylic polyethylene glycol ether(XPEG),and methyl allylic sulfonic acid sodium(SMAS) as raw materials,a new polycarboxylic high-range water reducer with good workability and excellent performance was designed and synthesized by way of free radical water solution polymerization.The problem of poor workability,difficult pumping and casting work of ready-mixed concrete was solved.Infrared spectral analysis showed that molecular structure of synthetic product basically coincided with designed polycarboxylic high-range water reducer.
