碳中和背景下跨省电力交易空间结构及影响因素研究

摘    要:在“碳中和”背景下,为进一步完善省间电力交易机制,优化资源配置,促进电力电量平衡,构建了跨省电力交易空间结构模型。运用复杂网络分析了2016—2019年省间电力交易网络结构和演化特征,并通过二次指派程序(QAP)分析方法对其影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:省间电力交易具有一定区域特征,西北部地区在网络中的影响力逐渐增大;省间电力交易网络的主要影响因素是特高压输电建设情况和供需差的变化。因此,为适应高比例可再生能源并网,应加快特高压电网建设,建立跨区域交易中心,构建适应新型电力系统的省间电力交易机制。

Abstract:Under the background of carbon neutralization target, in order to improve the inter-provincial power transaction mechanism, optimize the allocation of resources, and promote the electric power and energy balance,a spatial structure of inter-provincial power transaction model is set up. The complex network is used to analyze the structure and evolutionary characteristics of inter-provincial power transaction networks from 2016-2019, its influencing factors are analyzed through quadratic assignment procedure (QAP) analysis. The results show that inter-provincial power transaction has certain regional characteristics,the influence of northwestern region gradually increases. The main influencing factors of inter-provincial power transaction networks are the construction of ultra-high voltage transmission grids and the changes in supply and demand. Therefore,in order to adapt to the grid connection of high-penetration renewable energy,the construction of ultra-high voltage transmission grids should be accelerated. Inter-regional transaction centers should be established and an inter-provincial power transaction mechanism suitable for the new power system should be built.
