1100kV GIL气隔绝缘子的研制开发

摘    要:在气体绝缘金属封闭线路(GIL)中,气隔绝缘子起着分隔气腔、阻隔污秽及绝缘的重要作用,1100 kV GIL气隔绝缘子的可靠运行是特高压GIL安全运行的根本。采用有限元分析计算软件对其绝缘性能和机械性能进行了详细的计算分析,计算结果表明:通过对其绝缘性能的优化设计,不带有接地屏蔽环的结构同样可以有效降低其三交区电场强度;气隔绝缘子均会配有与外壳接触紧密的微粒吸附器,以便捕捉由于受重力作用影响而移动的微粒。该气隔绝缘子在产品质量检测中心顺利通过了整套型式试验,其雷电冲击耐受水平高达2400 kV,破坏压力最高达3.45 MPa,进一步验证了其绝缘性能及机械性能的可靠性。

Abstract:In GIL,gas barrier insulator plays the key roles of separating gas compartments and providing a contamination barrier and insulation to the ground.It is very important to develop reliable 1100 kV GIL gas barrier to ensure the safe service of 1100 kV GIL.Applying finite element software,its dielectric performance and mechanical performance are computed,results show:through the optimization of its insulation design,remove the grounding shield ring can effectively reduce the electric field strength in the triple zone;the cone is completely surrounded by a particle trap which is electrically bonded to the enclosure,in order to trap particles moving under the influence of gravity.The 1100 kV spacer passed its type test successfully in High Voltage Apparatus Quality Test&Research Center,its lightning pulse withstand voltage reaches 2400 kV and its burst pressure reaches 3.45 MPa,showing that its dielectric performance and mechanical performance have a larger margin.
