摘    要:矿井采空区煤自燃引起的火灾直接威胁着我国煤矿的安全开采和高效生产,而封堵采空区漏风通道是防治采空区煤自燃最有效的方法。探讨了无机发泡固化膏体充填材料组分速凝剂、发泡剂对其强度的影响,分析了增强剂的作用机理。结果表明:新型矿用无机固化泡沫材料的凝固速度与速凝剂的含量成正比;发泡倍数为10的充填材料连续固化7 d的抗压强度在1.7MPa以上;材料中存在的大量气泡形成无数均匀的缺陷,且增强剂使膏体浆液中的铝氧成分大规模快速地与水泥成分发生反应生成优良的水化矿物钙矾石,使材料受力时其总体结构不变化,中部不会产生裂隙而有效封堵火区裂隙,隔绝氧气。

Abstract:The fire in mine goaf directly threatens the safe and efficient production of mining. Filling the air leakage channel in goaf is the most effective way to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf. In this paper, the effects of accelerators and foaming agents on the strength of inorganic foaming paste filling materials were discussed, and the mechanism of the reinforcing agents was analyzed. The results show that the inorganic solidified foam material has faster solidification with the increase of the amount of quick-setting admixture;the compressive strength of the filling material with a foaming ratio of 10 is above 1.7 MPa after curing for 7 days;the large number of bubbles existing in the material form numerous uniform defects, and the reinforcing agent causes the aluminum-oxygen component in the paste slurry to react with the cement component on a large scale and quickly to form an excellent hydrated mineral ettringite, so that the overall structure of the material does not change when the material is stressed, and no crack occurs in the middle portion, and the material effectively blocks the cracks in the fire zone and isolate oxygen to prevent fires in the goaf.
