煤矿井下坑道钻机电液控制系统的设计

摘    要:为了缩短煤矿井下坑道钻机电控程序调试周期、方便程序开发人员调试程序、同时更好地展示电液控制钻机的动作,设计了一种煤矿井下坑道钻机电液控制系统。研究了无线遥控模块、电液控制器模块、钻机模拟实验台和智能控制算法四大模块的融合,实现对钻机模拟实验台状态参数和遥控器输入参数的读取和解析,以及对钻机行走、稳固、姿态调整、钻具装卸和钻进过程的远程遥控控制。该系统最大程度还原了煤矿井下坑道钻机的真实动作和工况特点,电液控制程序的调试可预先在钻机模拟实验台上进行,缩短了程序开发调试时间,提升了程序开发人员的工作效率,增加了实验室内钻机工况和动作展示的直观性。

Abstract:In order to shorten the debugging cycle of the electric control program of the underground coal mine tunnel drilling rig, facilitate the program developers to debug the program, and better display the action of the electro-hydraulic control drilling rig, an electro-hydraulic control system of the underground coal mine tunnel drilling rig was designed. The integration of wireless remote control module, electro-hydraulic controller module, drilling rig simulation test bench and intelligent control algorithm were studied. The state parameters and input parameters of remote controller were read and analyzed, and the remote control control of drilling rig walking, stabilization, posture adjustment,drilling tool loading and unloading and drilling process were realized. The system can restore the real action and working condition characteristics of the underground coal mine tunnel drilling rig to the greatest extent. The debugging of the electro-hydraulic control program can be carried out on the rig simulation test bench in advance, which shortens the program development and debugging time,improves the working efficiency of the program developers, and increases the intuitiveness of the working condition and action display of the drilling rig in the laboratory.
