摘    要:针对某220 kV变电站跳位监视回路的设计缺陷问题,通过对保护装置和断路器合闸控制回路的设计及接线原理进行分析,发现跳位监视回路存在监视盲区,导致控制回路断线时保护装置和后台未能正确提示并告警。对跳位监视回路的二次接线改进后,成功消除了跳位监视回路监视盲区的问题,提高了系统供电可靠性和安全稳定性。

Abstract:Aimed at solving the design defect problem of the close position monitoring circuit in a 220 kV substation,the design of the protection equipment and the closing control circuit of the circuit breaker and the connection principles are analyzed.It is found that the protection equipment and background didn't send the pop-up message and warning correctly when the control circuit was disconnected,due to the existence of blind areas in the close position monitoring circuit.After the modification of the secondary connection in the close position monitoring circuit,the problem of blind areas in the close position monitoring circuit is successfully eliminated,thus improves the power supply reliability and security&stability of the system.
