基于Romax的重载齿轮修形设计与试验研究

摘    要:齿轮修形能够有效改善重载齿轮的啮合状况,提出一种齿廓修形设计的新方法,建立了修形齿廓的参数方程;基于Romax软件对齿轮进行轮齿接触分析,对修形前后齿面载荷分布情况及传动误差进行了分析。结果表明,修形后的齿轮传动误差明显减小,齿面载荷分布更加均匀,改善了齿轮的啮合特性。

Abstract:Gear modification can effectively improve the meshing condition of heavy-duty gear. A new method of tooth profile modification was proposed, the parameter equation of modified profile was established. The tooth contact analysis was carried out based on Romax software. The load distribution and transmission error of the tooth surface before and after modification were compared. The results show that the transmission error of the modified gear is obviously reduced, the load distribution on the gear surface is more uniform, and the meshing characteristics of the gear are greatly improved.
