综掘机智能化远程控制技术应用

摘    要:针对王庄煤矿井下工作面综掘机采用传统的现场人工操作方式生产作业时存在的问题,对综掘机进行智能化远程控制系统升级改造。从综掘机的位置自动监测、记忆截割自动控制、远程操作、数据集成、处理及智能决策等着手,研发了一套综掘机智能化远程控制系统,实现了综掘机的远程控制和一键启停截割。通过现场应用,提高了综掘工作面无人化作业程度及矿井安全管理水平,减少了人员投入,提高了工作效率。

Abstract:In view of the existing problems in traditional manual operation mode of the fully mechanized roadheader in Wangzhuang coal mine underground working face,upgraded the intellectualization remote control system of the fully mechanized roadheader. From the automatic monitoring of the position of the fully mechanized roadheader,automatic control of the memory cutting,remote operation,data integration,processing and intelligent decision-making,a set of intelligent remote control system of fully mechanized roadheader was developed to realize the remote control and one key start stop cutting of fully mechanized roadheader. Through field application,improved the unmanned operation degree of fully mechanized driving face and the safety management level of the mine,reduced the personnel input and improved the work efficiency.
