近距离煤层下层综放工作面压架机制研究

摘    要:以大佛寺煤矿40109综放工作面在近距离煤层重复采动过程中出现的压架事故为研究对象,利用顶板灾害监测预警系统掌握40109工作面在回采过程中周期来压规律,结合40109工作面工程地质条件分析以及顶板涌水情况可知,上煤层回采扰动、下层厚煤层开采以及矿井水侵蚀造成的40109老顶破断-失稳是压架事故发生的主要原因。后期通过加强对40109综放工作面顶板的合理管理,有效预防了压架事故的发生,保证了该工作面的安全快速回采。

Abstract:Take support crushing of 40109 fully mechanized top-coal caving face of Dafosi coal mine repetitive close coal seams mining as research object. Master law of periodic roof pressure in the process of mining of 40109 working face by disaster monitoring and early warning system, through the analysis of engineering geological conditions and roof water inrush of 40109 coal face, it is known that instability of roof fracture caused by disturbance of upper coal seam, thick coal seam mining and water erosion are reasons of support crushing. Through the reasonable management of the roof in the subsequent mining process of the fully mechanized top-coal caving face, the occurrence of the supports crushing accident and its secondary disasters are effectively prevented, and the safe and rapid mining of the working face is guaranteed.
