摘    要:针对结合齿预锻坯料结构及齿形填充不满、材料折叠、模具使用寿命短的问题,利用DeForm-3D数值模拟技术研究预锻坯料连皮在中心和底面、径向和正向的成形方案对结合齿成形情况、凸模载荷、应力应变分布、凹模磨损的影响,获得了冲孔连皮在中间位置正向成形的温锻工艺方案,为结合齿预锻成形工艺提供了技术支撑,有助于企业降低开发和生产成本。

Abstract:Aiming at the structure of combined gear pre-forging blank,and the problems such as underfill of tooth profile,material folding,and short die service life,the DeForm-3 D numerical simulation technology was used to study the influence of pre-forging blanks wad in the center and bottom,radial and forward forming schemes on the combined gear forming,punch load,stress-strain distribution,and concave die abrasion.The warm forging process of punching wad forming in the middle position was obtained,which provided technical support for the pre-forging forming process of the combined gear and could help companies reduce the costs of development and production.
