频谱谐波振动时效在大型焊接构件中的应用

摘    要:采用频谱谐波振动时效技术,对大型焊接构件进行消除残余应力试验。试验结果表明,该技术能够有效地消除大型焊接构件残余应力,有效均化残余应力,提高工件尺寸精度稳定性。验证了该技术在大型焊接构件中的应用效果,为其推广、发展奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The spectrum harmonic VSR technology was used to test the residual stress elimination of large welding component. The test results show that the spectrum harmonic VSR technology can effectively eliminate the residual stress of large welding component,effectively homogenize the residual stress,and improve the dimensional accuracy stability of the workpiece. It verifies the application effect of this technology in the large welding component,which lays a theoretical foundation for the popularization and development.
