An effective preventive solution against the missing defect of AOI machine in PCB application

The issue of missing defect becomes more and more attention-getting in company with the widespread application of AOI machine in the PCB industry.This paper briefly introduces the principle of AOI equipment,the checking method and analyzes the reason of missing defect,moreover,brings forward an effective preventive in terms of equipment status and application proposal,so as to reduce the missing defect rate,enhance the quality and reduce the production cost.
